In the career portal, students, Young Professionals and professionals will find profiles of more than 1,000 Hidden Champions highly successful but only a few known employer. The new recruits can browse the profile database according to individual criteria and apply directly to their favourites for internships and jobs. In a nationwide survey of more than 1,000 students, young academics and professionals, YOURFIRM has found that the majority of these new recruits of a career at medium-sized companies are very positively disposed towards. However, most of them specify that they have difficulties to identify attractive employers among the 3.4 million companies in Germany. The top medium-sized companies are simply not known to most.
