Ethical questions and outsourcing Outsourcing, especially applied in the field of computer science, is highly questionable as the employee gains, generally, only a third of what they receive if effectively work in the contracting company. That’s the main point against outsourcing from the standpoint of employees. From the perspective of the contracting companies, the main drawback is that, especially in information technology, its own systems and quality of its functionality themselves are affected in security, because the employee has no commitment with a Contracting Company but with his own company (the contract). It also questioned the fact that these subcontractors operating massively in third world countries, since labor laws in these countries are more lenient about this kind of conduct. Currently in the world, Unisys is leading the information technology outsourcing market.
